They have what you need there but the staff needs to work on their customer service skills. They need to learn how to properly talk with and handle customer problems. Also they need to be more educated on their products, I wanted to buy an online version of my class book and they sold me a my lab.
Everyone is very friendly except for the manager. Her name is Cindy and she may have the worst attitude I have ever come across. Nobody should ever treat their customers the way that Cindy treated me.
The lady named Cindy was very nasty & everyone in the counseling department was 0 to no help. Got hung up on a couple times & transferred to different departments in mid sentence. Probably won’t be returning after this coming up semester.
Manager at the book store is rude. Bad customer service and communication skills. needs to calm down and not take offense, you're providing customer service!.. don't forget your job description.
This book store could be a bit more helpful. Center campus books store always goes out of the way to help the students.
