A good experience all around. Although I might be reluctant to buy a smaller car or sedan from a rental agency, just because of how some people drive a rental, folks who rent a full size van do not drive it harshly. As far as Enterprise goes, the people were consistently delivering what they said they would, were able to answer any questions that I had, and sped the paperwork thru with quiet professionalism. I would consider Enterprise, well at least their Warren branch, to be a superior alternative to a new car dealer. I would repeat my decision or recommend this route to others without hesitation.
Also, because this car was/is new, (Nissan 2016 Altima), I never looked underneath the car...a couple weeks later when my mechanic changed the oil filter (oil), it was discovered that a "splash shield" had been ripped off....................................... Enterprise now acts as though they will not pay for/or reimburse me for the cost of this "splash shield"....UPDATE: recently, (last week of Sept., we drove out to California; this car gave me ZERO problems.....decent on gas...thank you Enterprise and the beautiful sales rep., Ms. Hightower.....
Initially Enterprise reps were kind, thorough, etc. There was, however, deception initially...the sales representative had assured me that my monthly note would be around the $250.00 range. (My monthly note is $350.00+...).
