Brian and his staff over at the Warren location is totally phenomenal. We have dealt with them before but now their customer service is truly exceptional. Bryan the manager went out of his way to take care of me!!! I work crazy hours and was trying to rent a car for the weekend, but was not going to be able to get the car myself, Bryan the manager delivered it himself to me at my place of employment after hours to facilitate the rental himself!! He went above and beyond to make sure that the car was in tip top Shape, had fuel and was ready to go!! For a person who is super busy like my self the extra attention that he paid made my life so much easier and I now can go and enjoy my weekend!! I will rent from Bryan again!!!
