The roof presentation is as bare as it seems. There are rooms and a place to pay and eat free continental breakfast. That's it. I would justify it by the price but with better prices places surrounding it and a much better Hamilton hotel soon to be built down the hall, its hard to rate it above 3 stars. the room was decent, but I'd recommended checking the bed for bugs before sleeping. A few places nearby but only if you're hungry. Unless you're meeting something here for a " casual meeting on the night eve", then choose somewhere else.
This place isn't even worth the one star I was forced to give. Both times I have stayed here I've experienced an issue. The first time I received the last room they had available and the lady said that she would give it to me at a discounted price. At first I thought that was so nice and sweet. When my fiancé and I go to our room the room was disgusting. We had the Jacuzzi suite and the Jacuzzi was broken and was filled with hair. I went to complain and the person working that night said that they couldn't refund the money because you have up to 15 mins after check in time to have buyers remorse. The second time we stayed here we experienced a black out and they were the last motel we went to that and wouldn't you know it they had a room available. So we greatly took the room thinking that this time maybe we wouldn't experience an issue. We thought wrong. It was a hot day/night so we tried turning on the AC and the AC was broken. We went to the front desk and complained and they offered no solution to the problem. My fiancé and I then went to buy a small fan for the room to keep us cool and we opened up the refrigerator and freezer door to keep us cool. When I went to check out I expressed my concern about their customer service and the issues I experienced during my last two visits the owner looked and seemed as though she didn't care. She also dismissed me without a care or concerned about a customer.
It's wonderful they really care deeply about the person that stay there, they will work with you if a situation come up they value the customer words cannot express what they have done for me.
Not the best but good for the price. rooms were dirty behind dressers and end tables. Clean sheets bathroom was clean from what I can tell. Wasn't noisy at night but did get little noisy during the day. I was there two days really had no problems
Rooms are not aging well, decently clean though. And fair prices. For a budget friendly decent room while traveling it suffices.
